I would like to say a few words about the operation and function of our group.

Our agency was established in1994 and specialized on Property Consultancy and the real estate business. On 2008 I created the "David Spyrou Group of Companies". The first company is the David Spyrou Estates Ltd which is a Registered and Licensed Real Estate Agent with Registration Number 515.Our Property Management Department includes over 150 property assets. The second company is David Spyrou Properties Ltd which deals exclusively with our owne investments in properties. The last company is Vesata Ltd which also deals with our investments in properties but in association with other firms and investors.

As a Fellow Member of the Property Consultants Society, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management and a Member of the International Real Estate Federation I am entitled and qualified to provide you professional advice in property investment, and property management. You can certainly rely on our team based on our very high standard of integrity and professionalism.
